We said goodbye to 2020 in style by catching up with everybody's favourite Roman and aviation history expert, Guy de la Bédoyère. In a wide-ranging conversation with Tim Taylor, Guy explained his love of the Spitfire, revealed how anyone can become an expert in Roman pottery, and shared the magic of physical artefacts in bringing history to life. Guy also provided a few insights into his next project, as well as the inspiration behind his excellent new book, Gladius: Living, Fighting and Dying in the Roman Army, available now from Little, Brown.
