Festive Baking Competition: Share your best Time Team bakes

To celebrate the return of Sir Tony Robinson to the Time Team family we're calling on fans to join us for some festive fun and share a photo of your best Time Team themed Christmas or festive baked goods.
Whether you reconstruct 'Stonehenge in homemade shortbread', create a 'test pit treacle tart', bake and 'backfill' some brioche 'lumps and bumps' buns, or even pile up a 'profiterole spoil heap'... what better time to have fun, get creative and give baking a go? Don't forget to snap a photo and share it with us, with the #TimeTeamBakes

3. Get creative, have fun and take a photo of your best Time Team inspired bakes (for example 'Excavating a homemade mince pie'), posting a photo on your profile or stories on Facebook/Twitter/Instagram of your submission. Your entry photo can be for any homemade bake - the more inovative, recognisabe and creative the better! Don’t forget to tag 'Time Team Official' and add the hashtag #TimeTeamBakes, and ensure the image and profile is publicly visible so we can see it!
4. Alternatively, you can enter by emailing your entry photo to Time Team at info@timeteamdigital.com if you do not have access to the option above, ensuring 'Time Team Bakes' is in the subject line. We kindly ask for confirmation that you are happy for us to share your entry photo publicly.
Time Team will select a shortlist of the best entries received by 23:59 GMT, Monday 2nd January 2023 that will then be put to our Patreon members to vote for their favourite. Voting will close 7 days following the poll opening on Patreon.

Competition T&Cs
- Entries eligible for the prize draw must have followed the entry requirements above by 23:59 GMT, Monday 2nd January 2023. The Promoter [Time Team] accepts no responsibility for any person’s application that is incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to upload by the relevant closing date for any reason.
- This competition is open to individuals worldwide aged 18 years or over.
- Only online submissions will be accepted via Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram, where their entry submission is publicly visible, or via email to Time Team, giving Time Team permission to publish the entry photo publicly. This competition is in no way endorsed by any social media platform.
- Only one entry per person.
- All valid and correctly completed entries received by the closing date will be collated into a short list of the best entries received by 23:59 GMT, Monday 2nd January 2023. The shortlist will then be put to our Patron members to vote for their favourite. Voting will close 7 days following the poll opening on Patreon. The three entires that receive the highest number of votes will be the chosen winners in numerical order.
- The prizes for the winners include 1 x Signed hardback copy of Sir Tony Robinson's 'No Cunning Plan', 1 x Limited Edition Time Team Trowel autographed by Sir Tony Robinson and the 2022 Time Team Crew*, 1 x Luxury Glass Time Team Bauble, 1 x Handcrafted AshWood Candle* (*Selected items for first prize only)
- Prizes are subject to availability and government rules in the specific regions. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute for alternative prizes and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winners will be notified directly within 7 days of the poll closing. The winner must confirm the acceptance of their prize within 14 days of the Promoter sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
- In the event that the winner declines the invitation, their invitation will be offered to a substitute winner selected at random.
- The promoter reserves the right to extend these deadlines in extenuating circumstances at their own discretion.
- Entries are open to applicants Worldwide; however, it is up to the participants to facilitate in any customs clearence process of the prize consignment being shipped to their local region if applicable. Time Team Digital Ltd is not liable for any addional handling fees that the local goverment, customs agencies, or couriers apply to the shipping of the items in order to deliver to an address outside on the UK Mainland. The promoter will endeavour to give the winner as much notice and details of the event as possible to assist with the planning of this.
- Winning participants will be required to comply with the above entry conditions.
- The Promoter will only the use the entrant’s personal data for the purposes of the administration of this prize draw and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
- The winners agree to take part in reasonable publicity after the event, and agree to the use of their names and competition entry photos in such publicity.
- Promoter may disqualify any entrant whose entry does not comply with these terms and conditions (in Promoter’s sole opinion) or who, in Promoter’s sole determination, has acted in a manner that is fraudulent, dishonest or unjust to other entrants including, without limitation, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, manipulating or rigging votes, hacking, deceiving, cheating or by harassing or threatening other entrants or a representative of Promoter.
