Time Team joins Patreon and introduces Classics

As you may have heard, we have a big announcement...

Today marks the start of an exciting new adventure for Time Team. Firstly, we're making it even easier to catch up with classic episodes across the world – free of charge. If that's not enough, we've also taken the first steps towards bringing Time Team back!

Here's Tim Taylor, Time Team's Series Producer and creator, to explain how we plan to make it happen:

You've asked Time Team to return and we may have found a way of doing this – and involving you in the process! Patreon is a platform that enables you, the fans, to support us and see premium content for a small monthly subscription. On Patreon we're producing a new and exclusive range of interviews, Q&As and other behind-the-scenes content, providing unique insights into the making of Time Team. Most importantly, we're offering patrons access to archaeological skills masterclasses introduced by key members of the original team – people who we and possibly you regard as legends! Time Team Classics

We're also pleased to introduce the Time Team Classics YouTube channel. Between now and February, we'll be releasing 24 high-quality versions of some of our favourite episodes from Series 12 to 16 – with more to follow! The first instalment will premiere this Sunday 6th December. We have a fantastic episode lined up! Watch this space for all the details.
